Studio Grandma’s is located in Kato Gouves, 19 km from Heraklion Crete, inside a big olive grove and 10 minutes away from the beach. It is a traditional stone-built apartment, measures 50 sqm and is able to accommodate up to 3 guests It is ideal for couples of small families. Studio Grandma’s is designed with attention to detail in order to take you back in time. The Cretan architecture is more than obvious, combining stone and wood.
Inside, there is an open plan living area with TV, fireplace and adjoin kitchenette with dinning table. 3 steps lead you the open bedroom that there is a double bed and a shower/WC. An extra bed can be added for groups of 3 people.
The stone makes the temperature of the studio really cool during the summer months, but there is also air-conditioning available.
The outdoors of the property is absolutely amazing. A well-preserved garden, with a barbecue facilities and a traditional stone oven to prepare delicious meals. The area is open and spacious. Finally, the view towards the sea, the olive grove and the hills around is relaxing, while a walk towards the sea is 10 minutes away. Parking is also provided.
