Villa Kali is a great, modern accommodation of 110sq.m. located in the famous resort of Agia Pelagia, Heraklion Crete and offers stunning sea view. This villa provides a private swimming pool (11x4m) with section for kids and can easily accommodate up to 6 guests. It is ideal for families or couples.

Inside, the villa is designed to the higher standars, with glass doors that invite the light and the fresh aroma of the land to come inside the house. The mood is minimal with modern furnishing. The villa is set over 1 floor. There are 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have direct access to the pool area or to the terraces. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with stove/oven, microwave, washing machine, dinning table e.t.c. and open plan living area, with air-conditioning, fireplace and breathtaking view. One extra wc is located in living room.

Outside, there is a big, private swimming pool with separate section for kids, BBQ, garden with lawn and trees, as well as large terraces with sitting and dinning facilities. 6 sunbeds are also provided with a covered area of about 40 sqm for those who are sensitive to the sunlight. There is also a big playground for children.

Last but not least, private parking for up to 3 cars is also provided.

For larger groups, Villa Cleio is located next to Villa Kali that can be rented together as a whole unit.

Location

Agia Pelagia is a popular seaside resort 23 km northwest of Crete’s capital city of Heraklion. In former times, Agia Pelagia was a tiny fishing village and a place for the residents of nearby Achlada village to grow their crops. Today, the village built at the center of a picturesque amphitheatric bay has been transformed into a bustling tourist resort featuring five-star hotels, traditional seaside tavernas, cafes, bars, internet cafés, ATMs, and souvenir shops.

The village takes its name from the homonymous church, in the Monastery of the Sebbathians, ruins of which are found at a distance of 1 km west of the village. The beaches of the village are popular with locals and tourists because they are sheltered by the rock outcroppings that almost encircle Agia Pelagia Bay.
