Villa Klery is a great, modern accommodation of 110 sq.m. located in the famous resort of Agia Pelagia, Heraklion Crete and offers stunning sea view. This villa provides a private swimming pool (17×3,5m, depth: 1,5m) and can easily accommodate up to 6 guests. It is ideal for families or couples.

Inside, the experience is relaxing and cozy, with glass doors that invite the light and the fresh aroma of the land to come inside the house. The mood is minimal with modern furnishing. The villa is set over 2 floors.On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with stove/oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, dinning table gor 6 people, e.t.c. and open plan living area, with air-conditioning, fireplace and breathtaking sea view. On this floor there is also one en-suite double bedroom and 1 en-suite twin. One extra wc is located on this level.

Stair lead up to the second floor, that has a double en-suite bedroom, with prvate balcony.

Outside, there is a big, private swimming pool with Jacuzzi and separate section for kids, BBQ, garden with lawn and large terraces with sitting and dinning facilities. There is also a large playground for children.

For the comfort of the guests, all rooms are air-conditioned.

Last but not least, private parking for up to 3 cars is also provided.

Location

Agia Pelagia is a popular seaside resort 23 km northwest of Crete’s capital city of Heraklion. In former times, Agia Pelagia was a tiny fishing village and a place for the residents of nearby Achlada village to grow their crops. Today, the village built at the center of a picturesque amphitheatric bay has been transformed into a bustling tourist resort featuring five-star hotels, traditional seaside tavernas, cafes, bars, internet cafés, ATMs, and souvenir shops.

The village takes its name from the homonymous church, in the Monastery of the Sebbathians, ruins of which are found at a distance of 1 km west of the village. The beaches of the village are popular with locals and tourists because they are sheltered by the rock outcroppings that almost encircle Agia Pelagia Bay.
